With this customized service, Beth serves under your direction as a resource for all-things organizational related to the home. Typically, this involves working with you on an ongoing basis to keep the home organized and help manage special projects — developing a high-level partnership based on professionalism and trust.
In addition to handling ongoing organization needs and upkeep of the home’s spaces, Beth is a natural “go-to person” for contractors, as she comes to know where everything is kept in the home and can serve as an on-site resource.
Household management services are tailored to the unique needs of each client, but may include:
- Ongoing Organization and Maintenance
Organize various rooms of the house, and revisit on a rotating, ongoing basis to maintain order and restructure as needed.
- Contractor Resource
Support and advise contractors: architects, general contractors, house cleaning, window washers, pool service, heat/air conditioning vendors, nannies, physical fitness trainers, caterers for parties, interior designers, musical instructors, tutors, etc.
- Renovation Resource and Oversight
Manage communications between homeowner and contractors for renovation projects, providing quality control or serving as supervisor on the project if the client cannot be there all the time and/or does not want to be involved with all the project’s details.
- Post-renovation Set-up / Interior Designer Resources
Re-organize a room after renovation has been completed (or set up the room, if the space is new), sometimes working collaboratively with an interior designer.
- Children’s Organizational Resource
Help children to organize their own space, including bedrooms, homework areas and school papers—and teach them organizational skills to maintain order.
- Specialty Room Organization
butler’s pantries, wine cellars, bar areas, virtual golf rooms, etc.
- Party Preparation / Caterer Resource
Help caterers with preparations for a family or company party in the home. Be on-site to help the caterers find items in the kitchen, butler’s pantry, wine cellars, etc.
- Holiday Preparation
Organize the home’s decorations for the holidays and special events (both indoors and outdoors). Put up, take down and store decorations for Christmas, Halloween, birthday parties, summer parties, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, etc.
- Summer/Winter Home Preparation
May include organizing and setting up the home if it is new, and/or opening up the home on a seasonal basis (organizing the home and making sure things are in order for the arrival of clients and their guests).
