Organized To Perfection was founded in 2002 by Elizabeth Fuchs, who has worked with a range of clients now enjoying their organized homes. A graduate of Illinois State University with a bachelor of science degree in public relations, Elizabeth worked in the marketing, sales and data departments of McMaster-Carr Supply Company in Elmhurst for 12 years. She left the company in 2002 to launch a business as a professional organizer, and has been helping people become and stay organized ever since.

Elizabeth is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), and is the Chicago Chapter Vice President. She is also a member of West Suburban Women Entrepreneurs (WSWE), serving as the group's Communications Chair for the past three years.

Elizabeth continues her work as a committee member of the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers (BCPO) and is involved with setting and measuring the standards for certification in the organizing profession.  The certification enhances the credibility and commitment professional organizers have to their clients and the organizing industry.
